IS SOMEONE PUNCTURING THE WHEELS OF KENYANS UNITY?
-------------------------------------------------------------------------
--------------------
Dear kenyan in New England,
Greetings in Jesus Name
I have just read an article in ajabu that is describing the kenyans
community in NE as dis united community. The article is like it was
meant to puncture the wheels of togetherness and unity that were
invented recently. The article made no mention of the unity and
progress that we have witnessed in this area. The lie that has been
told is not new . This kind of reporting succeeds in only bringing
hatred and disunity in our community. Which we totally refuse in Jesus
Name .
Although the kenyan pastors and the kenyan community have previously ,
vigorously supported ajabu , ajabu has turned on pastors and the same
kenyan community that has supported him. He has turned on us
relentlessly puncturing every tyre of development in our community.
The actual story that ajabu is refering to shows a much different
picture of what the kenyans in this area look like . The story in ajabu
is a story of someone who came to our meetings with his specific
personal agenda which he could not get hence documenting a lie about
our hunger project. It is sad that one of us can use his journalism to
exploit, distort, exaggerate his news to create sensations and attract
readers so that he can increase traffic in his web. This article is
full of inuendoes, heresays, and down and dirty gossip called " muck
racking" . As a good journalist and a true kenyan and a leader not
forgetting that we are Christians one should know that all the news
of our community are not fit to print. There are times that you solve
major problems using a single telephone call. It is my prayer that
this false news reporting about kenyans in NE should come to an end .
Let us move on
