In Boston, Immigrants Vs. Arizona

BOSTON -- A coalition of immigrant advocates – organized by the Washington, DC-based ANSWER Coalition – staged a rally and a march recently in Copley Square to protest Arizona's immigration law and the presence of Governor Jan Brewer during the National Governors Association meeting in Boston.
"We want to tell her that what she is doing is racist, she has to change that law, and the Governors at the meeting should see that this is not something they should adopt in their states,” said Mónica Ruiz, an ANSWER spokesperson. Meanwhile, another group of about 20 people also gathered at the same site but to express their support to Gov. Brewer.
“I would like to see [in Massachusetts] people who are here illegally not getting the benefits from the people who are here legally. Legal versus illegal, that's what it is,” said Bill Dugan, a member of the Massachusetts Tea Party.
