NASHUA, NH_Tragedy has struck the Kenyan couple who have both been fighting the deadly cancer disease since the start of this year when the wife, Teresiah Wambui Nguyaii, (47) passed away early this morning Friday, December 3, 2010 at the Brigham and Women’s hospital in Boston.

Popularly known in the Kenyan community as as Teresiah Wa Nguyaii, the late Wambui leaves behind her husband, a son and a step- daughter.

She passed away only a week after her mother passed away back in their rural home in Kenya and has not yet been buried.

Her husband is still bravely fighting blood cancer disease (Leukemia) with the support of the Kenyan community in New England as he patiently waits for a bone marrow donor match which if found would save his life.

Friends and family are meeting daily from 6-8pm at the couple’s home at 20 Timberline drive in Nashua, NH, 03062 for prayers and funeral arrangements. (Get directions)

A burial fund raising has been planned to take place on Saturday, December 11, 2010 at the Saint Stephens Church on 279 West 6th street, Lowell, Ma. starting at 3pm. More to come soon
