President Mwai Kibaki of KenyaPresident Mwai Kibaki over the weekend moved to assure Kenyans living abroad that the recently promulgated new constitution will enable them
enjoy the rights and privileges provided both in their country of birth and their respective countries of residence hrough the dual citizenship provision.

Kenyan Student Dies of Gunshot Wound in Texas

The late Eric_NjunuriA Young Kenyan student, who is a grandson of the late Dickson Kihika Kimani, a mercurial Kenyan politician and businessman from the Rift Valley Province, was found dead in an apartment in San Antonio, Texas   on Friday September 3rd, 2010, from what friends and family described as a gunshot wound.
The late Eric Kihika Njunuri, 19, was a student at Baylor University in Waco, Texas, and was the youngest son of Mr. Sam Njunuri and Rosemary Kihika Njunuri of Houston, Texas. More >>

Former Boston Resident Kenyan Dies in Canada

A young Kenyan man with a promising future , and who recently moved from Boston, Massachusetts to Manitoba, Canada for further studies passed away on Thursday last week from leukemia or blood cancer, according to family sources.
Thomas Kamau Kinyanjui, 32, passed away in the presence of his loving mother, Mrs. Jane Nyambura Kinyanjui from Kenya, and his fiancée, Mercy Mwangi of Woburn, Massachusetts.
